I have been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years. I started out as a loan processor and moved into being an MLO. I practiced for approximately 8 years. At which time I moved into the servicing side of mortgage and reverse mortgage before returning to originations. I am extremely familiar with all documents associated with the mortgage closing process as well as other processes. I will travel and do not mind your last minute signings.
Personal Bio
I started in the mortgage industry in 2005, I was able to succeed by working hard and being creative in marketing to create myself a steady stream of business and income. About 2 years after becoming an MLO the market started to crash forcing me into the servicing side of the industry. I have performed several jobs from foreclosure, to bankruptcy, claims, reverse mortgage, property preservation, title etc. I like to think of myself as extremely thorough, efficient, punctual and a triple checker. I am not afraid to make mistakes, I view them as very important lessons.
