The loans I currently produce closings for are Reversal, Refinance, New Purchases, HELOC and Libor. I am backgrounded check, certified thru N.N.A. and can provide references. I provide a calm attitude and consider the borrower's feelings, time and give them the respect that they deserve. This is for their convenience & my attention should be directed towards them. If questions do arise, I will contact the Loan Officer immediately to resolve any issues that my make a borrower uncomfortable. I have been a member of NNA since 2000.
