I am NNA and Loan Signing System certified and am confident in filling out forms such as a PCOR, trust certification, and the new 1003. I always double check the documents to ensure all signatures, initials, and dates have been completely filled out. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will do whatever is necessary to fix it in a timely manner. Documents will be returned promptly and if scan backs are required, they will be scanned from the table or within an hour of completing the signing.
