I am very professional, constant assignment communication, customer service-centric, and detail-oriented. I have been a Notary Public since 2004 as well as a Justice of the Peace. I have been in the corporate world for over 35 years, since left and began my own successful business for the past 15 years. I have been receiving assignments ranging from new Mortgages, Refinancing, Modifications, Time Share Purchases, Annuity Payouts, Security Identification, HELOC, Debt Reconsolidations, and Asset Probate assignments. When I receive an assignment, I promptly contact the client to confirm the appointment date, time, location, and access information, ensuring both parties, if needed, are present at the same time, and identification must be current as well as any escrow or other fee checks be available at the assignment. Then I confirm again the day of as well, when I arrive, and when I leave the client location as well as when I have scanned, faxed, emailed or packaged the documents to be made available for my client. I always prepare the documents with "Sign Here, Initial Here, Sign Here and Date, Notarize, and other indicators" tabs throughout the documents to ensure every spot indicated is completed by the client. I also create/print Name Tents with the signing Date, Name as it appears on the documentation, Initials, and what color ink to use when signing to ensure the client signs, initials and dates correctly. I also prepare the shipping label ahead of time if needed, and affix it to the shipping package to make ready for shipping. I also check to ensure I make extra copies for the client when requested to. After the assignment, I promptly scan, fax, email, or ship out the documents and if asked, hold the documents in a safe secure storage safe in my home office until told to destroy them. So far, I have not had any assignment come back to me as incomplete, assignment fee adjusted, nor any complaints about my service. Clients seem to really like working with as I am a people person and enjoy the work I do.
