I will go over each and every page meticulously to ensure that all initials, dates, signatures are complete and filled out properly. I will also triple check all key documents to ensure they are properly filled out and are effective. I have experience with Seller, Buyer, Refi, and Modification and have successfully completed over 20+ signings for various clients. If you are in need of other services, I am also an Ordained Minister with power vested by Universal Life Church Ministries for weddings and funerals.
