Hello! I am Jill Yeaman, owner of Sincerity Mobile Notary. I have been a commissioned notary public since 2023. I service San Diego County and surrounding areas. I grew up in San Diego County, San Marcos mostly, married and raised a family here.
For the past nearly 2 years, I have grown my business to become a trusted provider of mobile notary services in the local area and especially within my community. I initially trained through the National Notary Association and continue to be a member there. Early on, I joined Notary Academy CA and really feel fortunate to have mentorship and training through their group. I was a member last year in Notary Business Builder, and am now continuing on in High Performance Notary Group by Bill Soroka. All of these groups offer so much to assist me in being the best notary that I can.
I enjoy helping others, it brings value to my life. Meeting new people, hearing their stories, seeing areas that I may not have been to before and learning so much everyday as I work as a mobile notary has been a real pleasure. My past work history included many years in administrative positions - most recently 24 years as an HR/Payroll administrator for a large, global manufacturer. I loved so many aspects of that job, but the two components that I take from that experience were assisting employees daily and performing very detail-oriented tasks. Both of these activities are a huge part of being a notary and on top of that, I now have a great flexibility with my schedule, and many options as well as opportunities to learn so much more. I am grateful to have found this new direction for my work life and my goal is to build a steady and strong small business in my community that can thrive and do some good.
My main focus is general notary work and Estate/Trust signings; this allows me to work on notarizations in a wide scope of categories: Financial, Trust/Estate, Medical, Insurance, Business, Real Estate, Travel, Applications and so many more. In 2024 I had the experience of helping many clients with Trust packages and I hope to continue in that area. I also have had training in Loan Signing and hope to develop that knowledge more by getting more experience in that area.
Continuous learning is an important part of my business and I am currently working on providing more specialty services in 2025. With a dedication to accuracy, reliability and ongoing improvement, I constantly strive towards providing the best, guaranteed service and would love to assist you with your notary needs!
