To date, I have closed and signed over 15,000 Business loans, Commercial loans, Investment loans, Purchase Loans, Reverse Mortgages, and Residential loans, as well as I9 Employment forms. I am a licensed E-Notary in NC. This includes my own Real Estate closings in CA, NC, PA, and TX. I am fully licensed to Notarize, and/or E-Notarize any LEGAL documents presented to me. For the last 25 years, I have closed and signed, real estate closing documents for over 100 different Title, Mortgage, Legal, and Signing companies also Startup documents, and last-will documents. I have over 135 years of combined experience as a real estate broker, real estate developer, real estate investor, and business consultant, and I have been buying and selling my properties since 1976. At the signing table, I can place the signing parties into a comfortable mood, resulting in a friendly, organized, and systemic signing. At times when I encounter a borrower or signer who may be ill-prepared, tense, and/or anxious to close, I can re-assure said signer and complete the loan. My vast experience as a former real estate broker allows me to possess a helpful, yet comforting experience at all loan closing/notarizations. I prefer to accept all assignments within a 20-mile radius of zip code 28306, but I will travel as far as you desire as long as the fee involved pays for the time, travel, and many pages in the loan. After serving as an Infantry Platoon Leader in Vietnam I returned home to finish my college education and graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1974, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Management and a minor in Marketing and Advertising. I then worked my way through a master's Degree in Communication at Clarion University of Pennsylvania: while at the same time selling Insurance and Real Estate on a part-time basis, and also managing Clarion County Airport, where I learned to fly General Aviation aircraft. After completing Grad School, I married, began a full-time career in Insurance and Real Estate, and also began buying as much real estate as possible. It was during this time that I became an EXPERT in purchasing real estate with little or no money out of my pocket. I moved to Charlotte, NC in 1979, was transferred to Fayetteville, NC in 1982, and re-entered the Real Estate profession in 1983. From 1986-2005 I was one of the top-selling, and top-producing Coldwell-Banker agents in all of North Carolina, and was awarded many Regional. State and National Trophies. In 2005, after my second divorce- which financially wiped me out I left real estate behind me, and in 2005 I became a full-time Notary Signing Agent, after doing it part-time for over 17 years. My auto mechanic daughter and I are very close and I enjoy working on cars with her. I believe that Jesus Christ and God are very much alive and all things are possible through JESUS CHRIST who gives us strength!

My home number is never answered and is only used for my FAX number. The easiest and quickest way to reach me is via texting, which I normally answer immediately. From 8:00 AM through 9:30 PM I am normally on the road and closing real estate loans but I do have break times within my schedule, depending upon just how busy I may be on any particular day. THE ABOVE SCHEDULE IS APPROXIMATE, PLEASE CALL FOR A SPECIFIC FEE. All Assignments are considered on the distance, the type of notarization, and how many pages may have to be signed. If you have an SC signing but you are unable to procure a SC Notary, and the Signer may be able to travel to a nearby, NC location that is near the SC/NC border, to sign, I'd be willing to travel, as well, in order to complete the signing within North Carolina, and therefore, to make it a Legal notarization.
