For 23 years I was a full time local Realtor. As a service to my clients I notarized their loan documents . Now a full time Mobile Notary. I have completed over 1500 signings without any returns or defects I had established working liaisons with lenders, title companies as well as attorneys. I am First American & Fidelity Title approved. I'm a Certified Signing Agent & Background Screened. I cover both general Notary and Signing Agent services. No longer a Realtor, I have created a career in a related field to utilize my skills, knowledge and expertise. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling with an extensive background in Criminal Justice. I believe a Notary offers an invaluable service to the public. My area of service is Alameda County, primarily Oakland, City of Alameda, & Piedmont. I have flexible hours & will travel to hospitals, homes, & most meeting places that are convenient for you or your client.
Personal Bio
I grew up in upstate New York in the blizzards and more blizzards! I left town the day I graduated from college. I was a VISTA volunteer in Memphis Tennessee where I soon became indoctrinated into the Criminal Justice field. At 30, my cat and I moved to sunny California. I worked as a Realtor here and was rated in the top 1% in Sales. My passion is to travel internationally and I also volunteer at the Humane Society. I own a clothing boutique out of the area and we donate part of our proceeds to them. Ripley my Maltipoo was a therapy dog which i trained myself. We visited VA Hospitals until recently. I have new puppies who just play. Now in my spare time I paint. That's it!
