My name is Joan Walker and I have been doing signings on and off for about 14 years. I am from upstate New York and primarily work in and parts of Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Tompkins, Delaware Otsego, Madison and Onondaga Counties. Personal Bio
I am an animal lover and have horses, cats and a dog at present. I enjoy feeding and observing birds and other wildlife that come into my yard. I enjoy music and theatre, friends and family. I have been in different parts of the real estate world for about 17 years doing title work and notary work. I am now doing mostly just notary work which I thoroughly enjoy.
