I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent. I received training from the National Notary Association. Background check completed and I carry a $100,000,000 E&O policy. I have a dual tray laser printer for scan backs and E-docs and am available for general Notary/Loan Signing work 7 days a week. I travel all over Kent County, Michigan and beyond. I love being a Notary and Signing Agent and have completed over 400 Notary appointments this year, most of which have been real estate closings.
As an experience signing agent, I am aware and will commit to NOT doing the following: I will NOT arrive late to an appointment without contacting the signer I will NOT print docs double sided I will NOT drop docs later than 24 hours after the signing unless specified I will NOT pressure signers or provide legal advise
Also: I WILL provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs I WILL scanback if requested I WILL notarize at the signing after witnessing the signing
