My number one priority is making the client happy. I achieve this by asking questions about what they want and need. I make sure to listen to the client, then formulate a plan and execute the plan. Sometime this is a simple process. Sometime it's multistep process. The most important thing is keeping the clients desires in mind and representing myself in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I am commissioned in both Washington and Oregon. I have been engaging in a great deal of general notary work and I am looking to expand my business. I have done a few notary signing agent appointments and am looking forward to doing more. Most recently I was a procurement manager for a tech company. Previous to my procurement job I was a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and worked closely with several assessors offices. This background has given me several key pieces of experience. It has made me familiar with real estate transaction and the documents involved. It has also made me comfortable traveling to a clients homes and conducting myself in a professional manner. I also have and MBA in Project Management which has served me well in planning and executing all my notary assignments. Every notary assignment is a story. Each client has a a need that has brought them to this moment in their life where they are moving forward with a first time purchase, a refi or whatever they may need. It's my job to make the process understandable and smooth so the client is satisfied with the process. I would rather ask "stupid" questions to make sure something is done correctly the first time. This has served me well so far as I have not had to return to a client to correct or change any services I have performed a a Notary Signing Agent.
Personal Bio
I am originally from the New England area but moved to Vancouver, Washington by way California about four years ago. I recently made the switch from working for a company to creating my own business and working for myself. It was slow going at first but the more I reached out, the more I developed my business, the more work I have received. As my background and education show show I enjoy project based work that requires me to travel around my area and help people get what they need.
