I started my journey in mortgage banking in 1983, with experience in secondary marketing/shipping, loan processing and loan underwriting. With this wealth of over 20 years mortgage banking experience, I truly understand the necessity to ensure that all documents are completed and correctly signed and dated. For over a decade I provided financial crisis & housing/credit counseling to those who struggled during the recession and beyond. I worked closely with borrowers and connected them with their lenders regarding home retention options as well as to provide solutions to resolve other delinquent debts. I understand how purchasing or refinancing a home or having to secure a mortgage loan modification can sometimes be a stressful process for the borrower. My friendly, calm and approachable demeanor has always been one of my greatest strengths which has enabled me to establish strong business and client relationships.
