I have been in the mortgage industry as well for most of my working career with 14 years working with the USDA, FmHA (now RD) and 10 years of my self employment included mortgage loan officer until 2010. As well I have assisted clients with Purchase Agreements and Land Contracts. I am very familiar with mortgage loan documents of all kinds from application to closing table. If there is NOT a need for Notary Public signatures I am also available for witnessing documents in LaGrange and Steuben Counties in INDIANA. (less then 10 Miles from MI/IN Border). Prices above are for assignments within a 60 mile Round Trip. An additional mileage charge for assignments more then 60 miles round trip. If docs are by courier to me you may deduct $15.00 from Standard fee. MAXIMUM ASSIGNMENT ACCEPTED = 100 MILE ROUND TRIP . General notary work = 10.00 per notarization.
I also have two offices (Home Office and Office in Town) If client prefers to come to me. Both are professional and all clients will be handled with strict confidentiality.
