For two decades I was a middle school math teacher who thrived on helping students overcome negative feelings about math. I work with people where they are, and enjoy the process of guiding them to building their confidence, reducing stress and helping them achieve their goals. I approach my signings with a similar mindset. My role is to guide the signers through a successful signing, which they often feel very overwhelmed by. I take great care to help them feel comfortable, whether it is providing a brief description of the document, or helping them reach out to their loan officer or title agent. At each signing, I review the package before I leave, checking for any mistakes or missed signatures. I check it again before I send the scanbacks. I take the time sensitive nature of this business very seriously, and am committed to returning scanbacks as soon as I return from the signing. I check the package for errors one more time at FEDEX/UPS before I drop it. And I only use locations which scan the package in immediately. I am a mobile notary full time and have a very flexible schedule.
