I have over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field, which I have successfully leveraged into my notary work. I am trained and specialize in closing a variety of real estate transactions, including Refi's, HELOCS, Loan Assumptions and Mods, seller/Purchase packages, Loan Applications, Debt Settlements and Reverse Mortgages. I also complete general notary work. I provide mobile notary services within and outside the Quad Cities area, up to 100 miles one way. All fees will be discussed before agreement for services.
Personal Bio
