As the Postmaster I oversee the daily operations in guiding and mentoring 4 Entry Level Supervisors. Managing a small group of customer service supervisors, I delegate assignments in Retail operations and in City and Rural delivery operations. Each morning daily and weekly assignments are reviewed right before daily telecom to report the current conditions of the office and stay in compliance. In result, in delegating these assignments and holding each EAS accountable I have stayed in compliance quarterly.
