I have been doing closings for 5 years. I worked for Title Resource Group (Quality Choice Title Division), Coldwell Banker's in house title company, from 2018-2022 as an Account Manager and Closer. I left Quality Choice Title in June 2022 to create Knuttila Consultants LLC. I market my experience with notary signing agent services, along with my thorough knowledge of the central Ohio real estate market, to title companies and third party notary signing agent providers. I am a certified NNA notary signing agent. I've also completed the Notary2Pro Elite Signing Agent course. I am E & O insured as the Owner/ President of Knuttila Consultants LLC with a policy of $500k. In addition, I have been a licensed Realtor since 2013. I have performed over 1,000 loan closings over the past 5 years. The closings I have performed are full round table closings, buyer mortgages, seller pre-signs, refi, cash closings, construction loans and land purchase loans.
