What I pay close attention to is ensuring my packages are clean and checking that my ink is not faded, my stamp is not faded, no pages are cut off, the 1003's are signed in all the right places, the rescission dates are accurate, and the signature affidavit is signed properly. I try my best to send back a clean and fully signed package every time. Printing large packages, then scanning them back to my client for review isn't a problem. I welcome it and I am equipped with a dual tray printer and fast document scanner. I am able to do same day signing in most cases or can schedule appointments in advance, Finally, If I make a mistake, I'll take care of it immediately. I am fully certified.
