I am a longtime loan signing agent who had to take a rather prolonged break secondary to a persistent family health issue. That has now resolved and I am back to loan signing assignments. During this hiatus I have done a good deal of general notary work, also very rewarding, and have continued to further my notary education, as I really like being a loan signing agent. I am also licensed, practicing Realtor in California, although my Notary Public commission is strictly self employed. As a Realtor I also became a Certified Transaction Coordinator through California Association of Realtors (CAR), as well as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a certified HAFA agent. Each of these designations was granted after training and testing administered and/or approved by not only CAR, but Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR), and NAR (National Association of Realtors) as well. Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2011, I spent 25 years working in medical records documentation. Graduated the Notary2Pro Loan Signing Agent course when I first began as signing agent in early 2015. Having taken other courses as well, I found that one to top the list of such courses I would recommend to anyone.
