I started working at the age of 12 as a babysitter for my family, when I turned 16 I became s a cashier at Alpha Gyros. Once I reached the age of 18, I worked for a company called UGN in Chicago IL. I started as a machine operator and worked my way up to group leader. I gave birth to my only child Destiny A King at the age of 19 years old. At the time, UGN was doing layoffs, so, I switched jobs and started working at Hubbell Electrical Distribution in South Holland IL. I started as a Cherry Picker, Forklift, Reach Trucker, Pacer, EPJ Operator. As time grew I later became a Trainer, Clerical Clerk, and a Team Leader. Once Hubbell started laying employees off due to them moving to South Bend, IN for tax break. I decided that it was time for a change. I went back to school to get my degree and Business and Management, while in school I was offered a job as an Onsite Manager at Prologistix. I Supervise up too 269 employees, while taking care of all employee needs and payroll. I was laid off at Prologistix in 2018 due to client losing contract. After the last layoff I decided with all the knowledge I've have learned from the previous jobs that it was time for me to become my own boss. I currently own a small notary business in the Chicago area, and is seeking an opportunity where I can help companies with their notary processing, to help make sure there business transactions run smoothly, and error free on a day to day operation.
