I triple check all documents for undersigning, missed signatures/initials, stamps, and printing errors.
When scan-backs are requested you will receive them in one PDF.
I will follow ALL written instructions.
I know how to calculate the rescission date and will correct and have borrower initial if necessary, upon your approval.
I’m familiar with documents and know where to look for signature lines and initials.
Packages will be sent ASAP and will never be put in a drop box.
Borrowers will always receive copies of all loan documents including 2 copies of RTC for each borrower.
