I have been a Notary Public for over eight (8) years and obtained my commission while working for divorce and criminal attorneys which included general notary work. I left the attorneys in 2016 and became a realtor. With my commission expiring 10/26/21 and, although I've had limited experience as a Notary, I decided to renew my commission take the proper courses to become a Notary Signing Agent (NNA Notary Commission, NSA Certification & Background Screening and ILTA License Courses). I feel both, legal administrative assistant and real estate roles, have provided me insight and experience to help me as an NSA, as well as the necessary customer service skills and professionalism needed to be calm and compassionate to our clients needs in the different circumstances requiring the notarized documents. My goal is to provide the best service, not only to the clients, but to the title and contracting companies, as well and execute/return accurate, notarized documents as instructed. My main areas of service are Lake, Porter and LaPorte Counties but I will also provide service to Jasper, Pulaski, Starke and St. Joseph Counties.
Personal Bio
I am originally from Illinois and have lived in Northwest Indiana for 18 years. I spent ten (10) years in downtown Chicago working at the Equitable Building and NBC Tower before starting my family and staying home for 15 years raising my two beautiful and amazing children. I had various part-time jobs during those years that allowed me to work around my children's schedules and got back into the workforce full-time in 2009 working for Doctors, Physical Therapists and Attorneys before becoming a Realtor. I am a people-person and enjoy working and talking with everyone. We all come from different walks of life and deserve kindness, respect and compassion. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, seeing local and professional bands, trying new restaurants, golfing, watching baseball and hockey and singing karaoke.
