I have been a Senior Corporate Paralegal for 30 years, and a notary for as long. I became a Certified Loan Signing Agent in 2023 as a "side business" and have now made this my entire business. I enjoy work that requires exacting standards, and I love being part of the home ownership process. I am certified as a Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System. To date, I have completed nearly 300 closings, including seller-side, buyer-side and combined closings, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications. I also assist attorneys in estate planning packages.
