For 3 Decades my goal has been to help those who are interested in creating the Dream of Home Ownership a reality. It was 1994 and i recall being confused by the knowledge that people who worked 60 - 80 hours a week and had perfect credit could not by because of the message being lost in translation. My mother was one of those individuals, her choppiness in speaking English as her second language created a situation where people did not have the time to cater to these individuals. All because it takes patience and focus when someone is talking to you in broken english.
I decided to serve the , at the time, under served Latino community. what i saw as a hard working, loyal, humble community that was growing and deserved the same care and effective efficiency as anyone else looking to improve the status of their life.
Being an 80's kid, i started looking around and found that it wasn't just Latinos with broken English. lot of my acquaintances and friends who were born here had no idea on how they could help themselves into a home. So i decided that this was going to be my life's mission. To help anyone who is looking for guidance from someone they could trust and who would educate them in the process of real estate while at the same time assisting them in the ability to turn a dream into reality.
As the years went by, i realized that real estate is such a complex field, that in order to better assist my clients i should learn other aspects. So i made it a mission to learn about Home inspecting, Law and Taxation and Notarial Services. I felt that studying and educating myself in these fields would help me to better protect my Sellers and Buyers. Don't get me wrong , during the transactions we use licensed professionals such as attorneys, bankers and home inspectors. However, licensed doesn't always mean they have a clear vision of what you want, that's where my added knowledge allows me to insure the integrity and trajectory of your transaction remain intact and on course to accomplishing your ultimate goal.
