Most Loan signings performed by me has been at my place business, but I have traveled based on needs. As a notary I have worked with different types of loan documents, such as but not limited to : Reverse Mortgage , HELOC, Purchase, and Refinance; directly with escrow companies, signing services, title, lawyers, etc.
