I have been a Notary Signing Agent for 19 years now, I have experience with all sorts of loan docs, refinances, purchases, commercial real estate, sellers package, loan modifications, and home equities. I also notarize Estate plannings.
I like to be at the borrower's home 5 minutes before the signing. I don't rush the borrowers and if there is a question I can't answer I have them call their lender. I leave enough time between my appointments in case there are problems at the table, so I am not late for my next one. I also have taken the Notary2pro Elite class and now have my certificate.
Also, it is very important that you know that in my area FedEx and Ups last pickup is at 5 pm. But if it’s going out of State it’s 4:30 pm. On Saturdays, FedEx is at 3 pm and UPS is at 12 noon. updated 5/30/2024
Personal Bio
Before Being a Notary Public I was a Manager for different Restaurants, I have always enjoyed being in the customer Service world, meeting new people and being able to help them when needed. I was born in Argentina but came her to the united States and was raised here, my first language is English and when we went back to Argentina I was able to learn Spanish, so now I can speak fluently in both languages.
I charge a 15 dollar travel fee within Santa Clarita for general Notary work. Each signature notarized is $15.00 For Trust notarizations I wave the travel fee.
