Please note that I require a minimum of a three-hour lead time for eDocs with few exceptions, day before is best, this allows for accurate printing, preparation, verification, and travel time. Scan backs are done same day, as is mail drop if timely. Also, I am available for personal document drop for local title and lenders during their regular business hours.
