Attention to detail has been my requirement in my entire career. Over 35 years as an Air Traffic Controller. This includes thirteen months in Baghdad, Iraq and twelve months Kabul, Afghanistan. With this experience, I am able to communicate to people with very little English comprehension. Initially, I did signings part time in addition to my career as an Air Traffic Controller. I retired from the FAA in November 2007. I then went to Iraq as a contractor for thirteen months to train Iraqi controllers. I returned in December 2008 and started my signing career on a full time basis. However, in March 2011 I was recruited to go to Kabul, Afghanistan for one year. I returned on May 1,2012.
