I have worked in this Industry since 1997. I have been a mortgage originator from 1997 to 2018. I am familiar with all closing documents and their meaning. I have worked with all loan products, conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Contruction loans. I have been a mobile closer since 2007 and started my own business, Dreher Mobile Closings LLC in 2018. I have closed all of the loan types stated above, along with reverse mortgage loans and debt consolidations loans. I have also worked for title companies as a processor/closer. I am knowledgeable about the title processing of a loan and the details that go into it. This makes me very valuable to see and catch errors before getting to the table.

I have lived in Terre Haute for the past 20 years. My wife Melissa and I raised our child and built our careers here. I know and have worked with many Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Builders Title Company Closers and Processor. I have been involved in our community for many years.
