I have been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years as a mortgage broker and doing mortgage closings. I am very knowledgeable on all of the paperwork involved in doing closings and I am certified with NNA, LSS, snapdoc's and have my Notary certification in Arizona. I operate out of the Phoenix area and will travel to surrounding cities up to 100 miles away from my office. Prefer to pick up doc's at title and return them within hours but, can accept E-Doc's and print them out myself. I have a dual tray printer and will make sure the correct size paper is used for closings. I am friendly and put my signers at ease while doing closings. I am very dependable and have a good reputation especially with being on time.
