I take pride in guiding dedicated teams, streamlining operations, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. In addition to my property management expertise, I am a commissioned and Certified Notary Signing Agent in the State of Alabama, serving Morgan, Cullman, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, and Morgan Counties. My notary services are rooted in professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail—skills that complement my real estate and asset management background. I am actively involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), serving on national committees including Professional Development, Member Services, and the National Convention Committee. I’ve had the honor of serving as Vice-Chair and Chair of the NARPM National Convention Committee, and I served as Ambassador for the Atlantic Region’s RVP. Flat fees typically cover travel, printing, and time, but do not include postage unless agreed in advance. Scan-backs are included in the flat fee unless otherwise specified.
