Greetings, My name is Milagros Rivera ( also know as Mimi or Mila ) a proud Latina who speaks fluent Spanish. I reside on the East coast of South Florida. I relocated from New Jersey 16 years ago and I am grateful every day for making the move. I started as a working notary for a community bank. I then moved over to the mortgage loan department, during the housing boom in 2005. That experience has given me the confidence to move into more detailed notary loan signings.
