Personal Bio
Beginning her career as a legal secretary in New Jersey, she supported two of the firm's associate attorneys in the areas of contract real estate, probate and criminal law; quickly realizing real estate law was her niche and grew to love it. In 1990, Myra moved to San Diego with her husband and two sons. There she began working for non-profits before accepting a position with the University of California, San Diego. While working full time at the university, Myra attended community college and obtained her AA with a dual major of English and Creative Writing. In 2005, she returned to her real estate roots obtaining her California Notary Commission and began Myra Ann Kosak Signing Service, now known as Kosak Mobile Notary, providing general notary and loan signing services in San Diego County. She continued her education and received her AS degree in Paralegal Studies in 2014. While attending the program, Myra was a TA for the department chair and assisted in gathering documentation for ABA certification of the program. She also interned for Heidi Klippel, Esq., an estate/probate attorney; and interned with David Britton, Esq., a bankruptcy attorney both in San Diego. Now retired from the University, Myra lives in West Fargo, North Dakota and is a full-time notary signing agent, wife of 40 plus years, mother of three adopted sons, and grandma to 5 incredible grandchildren with BIG PERSONALITIES!
