Over the past 35+ years as a real estate broker I have worked at times within the mortgage industry as a loan officer and processor. I am currently a Real Estate broker in MN which exempts me from having a Closing Agent License in my state. Over that past 9+ years as a notary I have closed some 3200+ refi mortgages (506 in 2020 alone) for a wide variety of notary locator services, title companies and lenders.
