I have been a signing agent since 1998. I am available 24/7. I do refinances, line-of credits, commercial, residential purchases, reverse mortgage applications and actual closing of reverse mortgage. I am willing to travel to title company's on busy days and provide them with professional services for the day. I also am able to take depositions and notarize signatures for attorney's who need some one to go to the victims home. I also own my own business, Kates Notary and Tax Service. So if your client needs a professional office to close in, I have the capability also.
Personal Bio
I am married with two grown children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. My hobbies are fishing, camping and making wine. I have my own little vineyard and if I do say so myself, I make a pretty good glass of wine. My red raspberry wine, vintage 2014, received the "Amateur Fruit Wine of the Year" trophy with the Indy International Wine Competition.
Xerox Work Pro 123, can duplex, legal and letter, have a professional office setting in case borrower does not want to close at their home. And I do travel over 50 miles one way if necessary.
