I am experienced with an extensive background Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, Estates, Powers & Trusts and Co-ops. I have been affiliated with all major title insurance companies as well as every major nationwide lender. I have been an independent settlement agent over 20 years and as such have conducted every type of real estate transaction including residential and commercial closings, New York modifications (CEMA), reverse mortgages, short sales, co-op closings, etc. I am fully versed in internet business protocol.

I am professional, reliable, meticulous and sensitive to your borrower's needs. When conducting a signing I am patient and will always explain the documents to the customer. All documents are checked at least twice for missing signatures, initials, etc. and I can be available on short notice.
Since 1983 I have represented First American Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title and Commonwealth Title Company as well as hundreds of local title agencies at their real estate closings. I have conducted the title closings on their behalf, cleared all title exceptions at the closing table, notarized all documents, insured documents were in proper recordable form, and picked up all necessary recording fees, transfer taxes, escrows, etc.
