I am a career-long paralegal who has both the NNA Loan Signing Agent Certification as well as the Loan Signing System Certification which required that I undertake 40+ hours of training on loan signings and pass a more detailed/extensive exam beyond what the NNA provides. I am ranked "high" in the Snap Docs system and other systems and have successfully completed nearly 350 transactions (none of which have failed to fund), including refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, sales and purchases, since I began taking them on May 29, 2020. I have $100K in Errors & Omissions Insurance.
