Flagging signature lines and utilizing sticky notes saves you! So does communicating with the signing service. My most memorable signing was my first signing, a refinance, a gentleman who refused to sign his first name into his signature. He had been signing like this all his life and he wasn't changing his signature for anyone! The signing went well though, and Closing Day was pleased! It takes patience and kindness when dealing with signers. I enjoy this career field more than anything and I look forward to adding more experience under my belt!
