After a 22-year career in the travel industry and having the desire to continue to help people, becoming a Notary and Loan Signing Agent seems like a natural next step. I became a notary in October 2020 and then completed certification in specialty notary work and loan signing through both the National Notary Association and Loan Signing System. As a loan signing agent, I am background checked yearly. I have extensive training in Seller, Buyer/Purchase, Refinance, HELOC, Reverse Mortgage, Loan Modifications. I also participate in weekly continuing education for all notary work. As a mobile notary I will come to you when it is convenient to your schedule. Your business, home, public venue, hospital, skilled nursing facility or assisted living facility. I service Volusia, Seminole and Flagler Counties. I am trained as a notary in POA, Wills, Vehicle Title Transfers, Living Trusts, Health Care Directives, Divorce Paperwork, Notice of Commencements, Child Travel Documents, Deeds, School Form Notarizations, Apostilles and more! I also added Wedding Officiant to my services just over a year ago. Finally I have recently been assisting some local HOAs on their election ballot certifications when they need an independent official to count and certify their election. Just remember... Moving to Central Florida in 1980 I feel like a native! I have always been very active in my community. I have been married to John since 1999 and I am a mother of one son. I have always had a passion for volunteering as I served on a 2 PTA boards in several rolls including President, a Cub/Boy Scout leader for 12 years, and a High School Choral Booster Club President for 3 years. I am currently on 2 volunteer committees in my local Chamber of Commerce and also the Vice President of the BBB a Central Florida Women in Business Networking group that is also a 501c3 and provides grants to women entrepreneurs.
