I am a certified Notary Signing Agent through NNA and Loan Signing Agent's Course. I understand that an incomplete signing can cost a mortgage officer a rate locked a buyer to miss a close of escrow. That is why I never miss dates, initials, or signatures. I understand I have to be impartial, but not uneducated. I walk borrower's through all the important docs, i.e. closing statement, note, deed, and CD. I make sure borrower initials any corrections to notice of right to cancel, or fill in any blank lines themselves. If you have a provident funding, I know how particular they are about dates being insanely neat. Whether it be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursement proceeds, all forms will be returned completely filled out. I have worked as a notary signing agent for the past two years, after learning and studying for two years prior to beginning my "new" career.
Personal Bio
I conceptualized, designed and opened Clear Choice Systems, a mobile drug, alcohol, and DNA testing service in 2000. Prior, I been my career in the United States Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist. I moved on to work for the Department of the Treasury as a Management and Program Analyst for the past 20+ years. I earned a Master of Science Degree in Business Management from Colorado Technical College. I spend most of my free time with my family, I have two beautiful girls and a lovely wife. We love to travel.
