I obtained my California Notary License in 2023 and became certified as an NNA Loan Signing Agent in 2025. I am bonded in California and I have $50,000 E&O Insurance. Please note that I have a new Canon Image Class Laser Printer that supports both letter & legal-size documents. Additionally, I am very punctual with my appointments and detail oriented with signing sticker tabs attached to the target documents in preparation for the signings. I know how to guide borrowers through their documents and will not miss signatures, initials, or dates. Faxbacks can be sent to your office after the signing is completed while the original signed documents are either mailed or hand delivered to your office.
