Prices are adjusted to your needs - Seller packages and LOC's will be less than re-fi - Reverse will be a few dollars more due to the time and care of those special closings. We do NOT charge extra for edocs, travel, faxbacks, tolls, p/u and drop off to EO. Signing fee's start at $80 for a single document up to $250 for some piggybacks.
