Since becoming a notary in 2025, I have completed signings for refi's, HELOCs, reverse mortgages and seller packages. I have also completed quitclaim deeds and have experience with estate administration documents (i.e. wills, trusts, powers of attorney) as well. I have a background in finance and have experience with legal proofreading which has honed my detail-oriented approach to being a notary.
