I have been a Notary for over three years and recently decided to expand my services to include becoming a Signing Agent. I have been a Realtor in the state of Texas for over 25 years. Because of my level of professionalism, I attended every closing with my clients, whether it was for a seller or a buyer. This experience in itself allowed me to become familiar with the closing process and familiarize myself with all the forms and documents for VA, FHA and Conventional Loans. At this time I carry $25,000 of E& O Insurance with Merchants Bonding Company. In my many years as a Realtor, I never received any complaints or negative complaints from my clients. I expect this kind of performance in my career as a Notary Signing Agent.
