Fully Vaccinated as of 3-3-21. A Notary for more than 15 years, my areas of expertise include Deeds, Mortgages, Transfers, Affidavits, Wills and Last Testaments, Certifications of Copy, POAs, Witnessing, etc. for both title companies and attorneys with a focus on areas of law both related and unrelated to the practice of real estate. On a personal note, I came to Kentucky from New York, via a 12-year stint in Arizona. While in Phoenix, my work with Viet Nam war amputees earned me the mayor's Outstanding Citizen Award. Throughout the years I have traveled to some far away places and have had many interesting experiences. My most cherished moments, though, have been right here in Louisville where I happily live and work with my very funny husband, Neil (Principal Broker of Metro 1 Realty), and where I spend time with my nine grandchildren who have playfully nicknamed me HaHa. In addition, I am nationally licensed to perform marriages, a little something extra I was asked to do for friends of my daughter.
