I am a seasoned Notary Public, Certified NNA Signing Agent, and a Real Estate Paralegal. I have 3 years bank attorney paralegal experience with an AAS in Paralegal studies. I have been a full time signing agent since 2017, and prior to that, part-time since 2005. I am Fidelity approved. I have competitive rates. I am proficient with HELOC's, Refi's, CEM's, Buyer/Seller pkgs., FHA and VA loans, as well as Commercial/Investment properties. I also provide bank side full closing services. I am available Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. Sundays/before or after hours are negotiable ! I cover all of Westchester county and lower Rockland and lower Putnam counties. I am always professional, prepared and on time. Last minute closing, no problem ! I will always do my best to accommodate. Fed ex drop off for overnight delivery until 7:30 pm M-F (at a Fed Ex Hub and a receipt obtained). Saturday drop off until 4 pm.
Personal Bio
I started in the bank/mortgage industry in 2001 with a Paralegal degree. I then became a Bank Attorney Paralegal for three years which taught me about the process and documentation involved in loan transactions. My years as a signing agent has afforded me the skills needed to get the transaction closed, seamlessly. I love the diversity of my job and the people I meet along the way. I am a people person who goes out of my way to make your clients feel at ease throughout their loan signing transaction. Their satisfaction and privacy is of utmost importance to me.
