I currently work as a signing agent and real estate broker in Panama City Beach, FL, and surrounding areas. As a Certified Signing Agent, my years of experience in the real estate industry have given me a full understanding of loan documents and my role as a notary. About my company, ECBS Florida, LLC: I am a meticulous bookkeeper and as a bookkeeper is how I began Emerald Coast Business Services in 2003. I then added property management to my list of services which required me to become a licensed real estate agent. I have since become a licensed real estate broker to be able to be independent and work for who I want when I want and be able to do the other things that I do as a business administrator and bookkeeper. Throughout my career, as a bookkeeper and business administrator, I have helped small and large businesses set up and maintain financial records daily, weekly, and monthly. I provide guidance to my clients on how to save money as well as maintain records that are necessary to understand, obtain, and maintain profitability.
