I am a flexible, reliable, customer service driven (internal and external customers), detail oriented, meticulous and analytically minded, confident, self-motivated, organized person who enjoys working with people. My objective is to accurately close on mortgage loans signings for your company as efficiently as possible. In addition, I work well independently as well as in a team environment. I have signed Mortgage packages since 2003 and I have title experience as well as experience in closing loans while working at attorney's offices. My experience comes from working as a Land Use Paralegal for a large firm in Monmouth County, NJ where I handled the acquisitions and approvals, subdividing of large parcels into approved buildable lots and then working in a national Home Builder's title company as a title settlement clerk, where I was responsible for files from title commitment to post-closing. I interacted with realtors, lenders, builders, attorneys and buyers as well as sellers. There were files that I also interacted with NJHMFA for Affordable Housing as well as with the Banks for short-sales. I enjoy meeting people on a daily basis and being a part of such a great event in their life. Sometimes the whole family comes to closing - first homebuyer(s) and significant other, parent(s), child(ren), sibling(s) and grandparent(s).
