I have been married since 2006 and have one daughter. I lived in Houston for over 32 years and was a CEO in the healthcare business. I also am a licensed real estate agent. I enjoy my free time gardening, playing tennis, and reading. My favorite part of the day is working in my office and looking out my window at the beautiful scenery of Texas Hill Country.
I must travel 62-85 miles roundtrip in my zip code area. My charges above include Closings over 70 miles roundtrip, photocopies, and scans back to the title company. I travel with my computer, scanner, and hotspot. I will drive over seventy-five miles roundtrip for an additional 0.65¢ per mile.

If I am doing a late signing, Fed Ex drop-off in my area stops at 3:00 p.m. In in Uvalde or Hondo, TX, Fed-Ex drop off is 5:00p.m. I can still drop it off the next day pick-up.
