Personal Bio
I graduated with a business marketing degree from Sonoma State University in 2004. After college I went directly into medical sales, then as the Director of Admission and Marketing for a short-term rehabilitation unit for over 6 years. Once I became a mother, I began building my photography business, Stacey M. Carter Photography which I ran for 11 years until 2020. The pandemic forced me to search for a flexible, exciting, and new career path which led me to become a mobile loan signing agent. I received my CA commission in August of 2021, I took the Loan Signing System course to learn about the various loan documents. I took general notary course through the NNA. I jumped into the business October 1st of 2021 and have loved every minute of this field. I love that each order has it's unique needs; it could be the EO or Lender has a specific request, or the signer needs a little extra time and assistance. I love helping signer's with purchases, sales, refi, HELOCS or a reverse mortgage. I see myself as an extension of the all aspects of a loan. I feel, and conduct my signings as if I'm an extension of the lender, escrow office, and the signing service.
